When a household has no income, any new income for a household member must be reported within 10 business days of the change. Here are the steps to follow:
Child: You must report the new child within 10 business days of the child’s birth, adoption, or court-awarded custody. Please contact your Property Manager. They will help you get started with the process. Documentation may be required.
Adult: Do not allow an adult to move in without Home Forward approval. Please contact your Property Manager to add an adult to your household. They will help you get started with the process. Documentation may be required.
